1. What We Offer

Revenue Rise provides done-for-you client acquisition systems, including:

• CRM setup and automation
• Landing page and funnel creation
• Paid advertising management
• Lead nurturing via SMS, email, and retargeting

We work exclusively with realtors, mortgage brokers, and construction companies.

🔹 2. Pricing & Payment

• Setup Fee: $6,999 CAD + GST (one-time)
• Monthly CRM Platform Fee: $297 CAD + GST
• All payments are due in advance. Invoices are issued upon agreement.

🔹 3. Our Guarantee

If no transaction is closed during your campaign period, we will refund 100% of what you paid us, excluding third-party ad spend.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

• Use the provided CRM
• Follow our lead follow-up instructions
• Attend strategy and check-in calls

🔹 4. Intellectual Property

All systems, designs, automations, and creative materials built by Revenue Rise remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

🔹 5. Limitations of Liability

Revenue Rise does not guarantee specific income outcomes. Performance is affected by ad budget, timing, market demand, and your follow-up process. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid directly to us.
